When you first connect to the Internet, for the first two months you watch all IPTV channels and use the Archive and Video Library services for free!
You can purchase equipment for the Internet "for optics" for only 1 ruble, subject to a 2-year contract.
The data transfer rate indicated in the package is the maximum available taking into account the speed of access to local resources. The speed of access to external resources may differ and vary depending on the sites visited.
When an additional ONT device is connected to the same address to install a phone using GPON technology without access to the Internet [if all ports are busy on the first ONT device], the "Fiber-ONT +" tariff will be applied.
Fiber "Stream" package is provided using FTTH technology only.
Fiber "Comfort" packages based on FTTb technology provide speeds up to 100 Mbit/s.

  1. If the subscriber has ordered an IPTV service package with more channels than is provided by their tariff plan for Optics, access to the free IPTV package will be provided if the subscriber cancels his paid package:

    • at the IDC Contact Center;
    • by number 1198;
    • in the Personal Account.

  2. When changing the package for Optics, the IPTV package is automatically changed to the one corresponding to the selected tariff plan for Optics.
  3. Access to IPTV is provided with a paid Internet package.
  4. To access IPTV, the subscriber uses their credentials (login and password), which are issued upon initial connection to the Internet.

    • At any IDC Communication Center
  2. You have to conclude a contract and purchase equipment.
  3. You have to pay the bill.
  4. You have to connect and configure the equipment.
Within 5 working days [for cities] or 7 working days [for rural areas] after the day of payment for services, your line will be activated. The equipment will be configured by IDC specialists free of charge.
Modems are supplied complete with a splitter.
