"Family numbers" is an option that allows you to talk to each other without restrictions, as well as to a packet system subscriber. At the initial connection [or later], the subscriber of the packet system indicates the numbers of their family members. Using the option is free;

The data transfer rate indicated in the packet is the maximum available taking into account the speed of access to local resources. The speed of access to external resources may differ and vary depending on the sites you visit. Data rates for ADSL technology are indicated in maximum values and depend on the technical parameters of the telephone line.
Services in the "Family" tariff are provided within a calendar month from the 1st day on the advance payment system. For the convenience of payment, it is possible to connect other services to the personal account of the “Family” tariff.
If there is no advance amount on the personal account required to use services that are not included in the “Family” tariff, the provision of these services is suspended.

The package is valid for 1 billing month. A billing month means a period starting from the date of payment for the package in the current month [inclusive] and until the same date of the next month [not inclusive].
The special tariff is valid for 1 billing month from the date of the initial connection or transition to the tariff. To use the special tariff, the subscriber has to switch [connect] to the "Active" tariff for the first time, pay the subscription fee for the package in full.
Special tariffs provide the same options and services as basic tariffs – without limitation!
Basic tariffs start to operate at the end of special tariffs or when you re-switch [connect] to the tariff.

At the initial connection, in addition to the subscription fee, an advance payment of 33.6 rubles is paid to a personal account.
The rest of the minutes from the package, unused in the current month, is transferred to the next month in an amount not exceeding the traffic in the package, provided that the tariff plan is paid on the 1st day of the month inclusive.
When you change the tariff plan to any package that is not part of the IDC package family, the remaining minutes from the subscription that have not been used in the current month will be debited.
Unused data traffic in the current month and messages will not be transferred to the next month.
Data traffic and messages included in the package can be used with a positive balance.
Upon initial connection to the mobile network, as well as paying a subscription fee, starting from the 25th , the subscription fee for the current month and the number of minutes, as well as the mobile Internet traffic in the package are calculated in proportion to the number of days until the end of the month, including the day of ordering the package. Additional services in a package (SMS) are not provided in this case.
